Nursery Paint Colors…
So, the hubby (or baby daddy, as I’ve been calling him!), has been hard at work getting the little room upstairs ready to transform into a nursery…
And, this past weekend, he said the phrase that I’ve been waiting for: “It’s time to go to Lowe’s and pick up some paint samples!”.
Woo-freaking-hoo.
The amount of baby stuff that has started to roll in these last few weeks is taking over one guest room and the overflow is in the basement, so I am THRILLED to start getting the room together and be able to layout and organize everything that we have (and figure out what we still will need!).
Anyway, if you recall from THIS POST, we do have a few things already picked out for the nursery. Here is the rug we’ve got sitting, rolled up in the guest room:
So, the question is now paint color. I’m not going to do (she says now!) a fancy bedding set, so no worries about coordinating with bedding. Here are two options that I’ve narrowed it down to:
Valspar’s Antique Coral
Valspar Mystic Sea
So, what do you think? I’m really torn.. we bought samples of both, and when we get them up on the wall this week or weekend, I’ll be sure and snap a picture for you! I like to put a big swatch on the wall and look at it in the morning and evening lights to see what I like best…
