Nursery Reveal~

I know you’ve been waiting on the edge of your seats..

As have I…

I keep having dreams that Baby H makes an early appearance and we have to keep her in a dresser drawer for weeks, until we can finish the nursery…

Fortunately, that’s not the case and I am SO happy with how things came together!

I think I’m going to divide this into 3 different posts: pictures, some organization, details on what we bought/where

If you have any other questions, just ask!

Here you go:

What do you think?

And yes, it is impossible to take pictures in my house without an animal photo-bomb!  Gabby makes a point of sleeping on all freshly laundered things in the nursery… I’m keeping a mental list of what needs to be re-washed :-)

It looks so cute! I love the needlepoint chairs! I assume they are compliments of Gigi (am I spelling it right?) Did she do the work herself? If so, she has been very busy for awile (like as soon as she knew you were pregnant?!). All the books look so inviting! I can’t wait to see it all after Baby H has arrived!!!

Thanks so much for the thought, Charlotte!! Actually, they were shop models that were for sale online. I wish I had been organized enough to get a project like that finished!! I also love the book display. So accessible and cheerful!!

Thanks, Whitney! Gigi (my Mom!) found them online- they were store samples, and though they’d be perfect! Aren’t they cute! I love them with the book shelves!

Love the nursery and what you have done with it. Especially the chairs. Of course your cat has to check everything out. It would not feel like home at our house unless there was cat fur on something.

    It’s very pretty and inviting.

My only thought is that the pictures around the crib are going to have to be relocated when baby becomes mobile. My kids would (and come to think of it they still do) move anything moveable.

We had the same thought! But, I’m always rotating pictures around the house, so it’ll give me a chance to do a mini re-decorate!
